DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery takes 5-10 business days inside the States when selecting the standard shipping method (USPS/UPS). For customers who would like the UPS 2-Day or UPS Standard Overnight shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day and Overnight options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box, we're sorry!) UPS 2-Day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends.
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed till the next business day.
NoSurrenderGear will process all orders within 48 hours. On occasion we do not have the entire order printed and we have to print the shirt to order. In these cases the order may take slightly longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue.
For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees!
We recommend using Route Insurance with all orders. No Surrender Gear is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. No Surrender Gear is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.
WE DO NOT GAURANTEE SHIPPING TIMES MADE BY THE SHIPPING SERVICE. WE DO NOT GAURANTEE ANY PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE BY CHRISTMAS OR OTHER HOLIDAYS.
Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We realize that you make choices in the buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges can be necessary, and we will do our best to meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days. We do not take exchanges on damaged items. We only replace items with common manufacturing defects at our discretion. Please inquire about our Pack Warranty.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
All sales are final outside the U.S.
All sales from "THE OUTLET" are final.
All Jewelry sales are final.
QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, with an initial water temp not exceeding 30°C or 65–80°F.
All garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible it is suggested to wash the garment inside out ( with the printed side in ).
Please hang dry garments to ensure no chance of shrinkage. We personally dry our clothing on low/medium heat with no issues. We are not responsible for the shrinkage of any garments.
