NSG Backpack with various patches and items in a forest setting

The OG Paradigm Pack | 2 Years in the Making! Upgraded

Born from a love of the outdoors and built for those who chase it in every form—the Paradigm Pack is the result of over two years of design, testing, and refinement in the real world. What began as a hand-drawn sketch and a rough suspension prototype has evolved into the most versatile, durable pack we’ve ever created.

We set out to build a true all-terrain workhorse—rugged enough for the hunt, functional enough for the range, adaptable enough for the slopes, and comfortable enough for long days off-grid. That meant dialing in the perfect blend of weather-resistant materials, smart carry capacity, and a suspension system that handles heavy loads without slowing you down.

At the core is our custom suspension system—reinforced laser-cut MOLLE with hook & loop retention, adjustable straps, and a removable hip belt. Strap in for backcountry game trails, snow-covered ridgelines, winding rivers, and everything in between—or strip it down for lighter everyday carry.

This isn’t just a hunting pack. It’s not just a range pack. It’s your go-anywhere, do-anything pack—built for those who fish, hunt, shoot, ski, camp, and never sit still.

Tested. Trusted. Ready when you are.

Gear up. Stay ready. Never Surrender.

My Last Hunting Pack

This pack may be my last hunting pack. I have a dozen, and I don't see myself using any of them for whitetail or Turkeys in MI again. This thing does it all.

Truly Great All in One Pack!

I originally saw this bag in its first iteration and really liked the design, aesthetics and overall versatility of it. I really liked the O.D. Green but unfortunately (fortunately) it was out of stock. I reached out through email about if/when that color would be back and Austin at NSG responded almost immediately letting me know they were announcing something in the coming weeks. Eventually the pre-order for the new Paradigm 25 was live and I was happy to get in on it and help support a small business and so far I am not disappointed. This pack is extremely rugged and seems to be very well made. It's great for EDC, work, hiking, traveling, hunting, you name it, this is a great bag for it. The adjustabilty is great and once you get it dialed in for your preference it's super comfortable to carry. The magnetic features work great. The admin pockets is a great addition and all in all there is enough pockets and organization without there being too much to keep up with. I own Mystery Ranch and Eberlestock packs and this bag is on par or even above in many aspects as those tried and true brands. Definitely looking forward to what these guys put out next.

Paradigm

So far, I love the bag! The magnetic latch is amazing and the easy access to the main compartment makes it quicker to load gear on the go!
Love it

Better than the original in many ways.

I own both the original as well as the new paradigm 25. The original shoulder straps made a lot of noise but had way better padding. While the 25 straps aren’t as thick and comfortable, they feel much more secure. The grab handle on the original is way better than the grab handle on the 25. I absolutely love the external pocket on the 25, which was the key selling point to getting the 25. The new 25 does feel better against my back. The shrink wrap on the zipper pulls weren’t heated on the 25 when i received it (easy fix for the average user), but that could just be because its from the first batch. While this sounds like a negative review, its not. I absolutely love both packs and highly recommend!!!!! If they changed the grab handle and the padding to match the original, the 25 would be the PERFECT bag!!!!!

Best pack ever!!!

I have been through a lot of backpacks for hunting and deployments. This is the best one I have ever had to do anything with. It's going to be great this hunting season.

NEW Paradigm Pack 25

Very nice pack

Overall this a great pack. Seems well made and a lot of thought went into it. Seems bigger than a 25l in a good way. I love the lid and latch as well as the magnetic top and the zippers work great. The lid zipper pouch though could have been slightly better there’s about 4 inches above the zipper that’s closed off, the extra would have been a nice touch. And one of the zip pockets in the admin zippered section is so small it’s almost useless. It’ll hold a mini bug out knife for reference. I took the bag on a ruck today and stuffed it with 40 pounds, half weights and the rest with water bottles to give is some shifting weight. The bag held the weight no problem. Although it might not have been the most comfortable but it was a heavy load. I love the way the straps are adjustable but I had a hard time getting it right for my back, it’s not as comfortable as my mystery ranch 3 day assault, but the pockets and storage are mostly better. This will really make a fine day pack for hunting especially if your in a tree stand. Which is what I’ll mostly be using it for. No surrender has great customer service and it really is a nice pack. Happy I got it

perfection

Honestly I thought the original paradigm couldn't get any better and boy was i wrong, you guys did it with the 25! This is Honestly the best bag out there, its got all you need and then some, there's no way you guys can improve it anymore!

Top tier

This is easily one of the best bags I've owned. Clearly excellent materials and the layout is phenomenal. All the little details they've included utilizing the space available while not feeling cluttered is a perfect balancing act.
