RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We realize that you make choices in the buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges can be necessary, and we will do our best to meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

No returns or exchanges after 30 days. We do not take exchanges on damaged items.  We only replace items with common manufacturing defects at our discretion.  Please click to read about our Pack Lifetime Warranty. 

We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.  

All sales are final outside the U.S.  

All sales from "THE OUTLET" are final. 

Please Note:

Your packing slip must accompany your return.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges.
