We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every NoSurrenderGear pack. Built from rugged materials and engineered for demanding use, our gear is made to last. If your pack fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it—no B.S. That’s our Pack Lifetime Warranty.
We cover manufacturing defects related to:
Materials: zippers, buckles, webbing, fabrics
Workmanship: seams, stitching, construction flaws
The “lifetime” of the product is based on factors like the age of the pack, its usage, and how it’s been maintained.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, or UV degradation
Normal wear and tear from years of hard use (we call that “well-earned character”)
Packs damaged due to improper shipping (e.g., bent or folded in a box)
International shipping costs (see below for details)
Note: Buckles are typically not covered as they are most commonly damaged by accidents. If we have replacements on hand, we will replace them up to 1 year
Start a claim: Email photos and a brief description of the issue to: nsg.support@nosurrendergear.com
We’ll evaluate the claim and let you know if it qualifies under warranty.
If approved, you ship your pack to us. (U.S. customers cover this one-way cost.)
Once received, we’ll inspect the issue and decide whether a repair or replacement is the best move.
If a replacement is needed but your original model or colorway is no longer available, we’ll offer a newer model of equal value—free of charge.
We pay return shipping for all U.S. customers. International customers are responsible for both ways.
Do not roll, fold, or jam your pack into a small box or bag.
Packs with broken frame sheets or aluminum stays due to poor packing will not be covered under warranty.
Mark any damaged areas and include a note explaining the issue, along with your contact info.
Items sent in must be clean. Packs with blood, dirt, or unknown substances will either be refused or incur a $40 cleaning fee.
Repairs Outside Warranty
No problem. If your issue falls outside our warranty, we’ll do our best to fix it at a reasonable cost, plus shipping. We'll give you an estimate after we review your photos.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for your repair or replacement. Quality takes time—but it’s worth it.
